"Four near-drowning incidents have occurred in Peoria Arizona since January 1 of this year", reported Mike Tellef, Public Information Officer for the Peoria Fire Dept.
The details of those incidents are as follows:

17 month female in family pool through open sliding glass door.
Neighbor provided CPR and child breathing when paramedics arrived.

13 year old sister performed CPR.
