An elderly man was found not breathing and was given CPR by firefighters after nearly drowning in Scottsdale Tuesday afternoon.
The man had been in the pool for 5 to 10 minutes in the 11500 block of East Mountain View Road, and was transported to Scottsdale Healthcare-Shea, fire officials said.
